Leone Rondeau, BRCF Board Member shares the story behind the establishment of the Robert Rondeau Memorial Curling Scholarship Fund, and how it inspired her to become a BRCF Board Member.
“When my husband passed away in 2012, a good friend of ours, who is a former board member of the Foundation, suggested that we set up a scholarship in Bob’s memory. I didn’t know a lot about the Foundation at the time, but I thought it would be a wonderful way to honour his memory.”
“I am pleased to be a regular donor to both Bob’s fund and the general Foundation fund, because I have seen firsthand the impact these donations have on our community. It is a wonderful way to honour a loved one and support the place that has supported us.”
